On January 28th festive spirit filled our premises as the New Year’s Pie Cutting celebration unfolded. It was a joyous gathering attended by all employees of the Tsakos Group in Chios and many friends of ”Maria’s Home”. In a very festive and family atmosphere, our boarders sang traditional carols of Kardamyla, filling the air with melody and cheer. The event was punctuated by heartfelt warm exchanges of wishes for the New Year.

As part of the celebration for ‘’Clean Monday’’, our students constructed and flew the kite of “Maria’s Home” and their efforts bore fruit as the kite soared high, symbolizing the spirit of unity and joy. The day ended with the preparation of traditional treats for the festive table, lovingly prepared by our students.
