In November, the “Evgenides Foundation” published the book “Ship Inspections,” edited by senior executives of the Tsakos Group, Mr. Anastasios Kartsimadakis and Mr. Nikolaos Tsekouras, following a commission by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy.  This book will serve as educational material for Merchant Marine Academies and provides a comprehensive introduction to ship inspections, covering key topics, such as,  Port State Control, Classification Society inspections and vetting procedures.  Indeed,  it is a valuable guide for students and professionals in the maritime sector.
