Various events took place at our premises this Spring, among which was the Conference “Innovation & Blue Economy: Their Role in the Sustainable Development of Coastal Areas”, that took place on Friday 12th May 2023, a collaboration between the Shipping Department of the University of Piraeus and Isalos.net. Stakeholders highlighted on priorities and available tools for adopting suitable practices and innovations.
The round-table discussion, “Marine Pollution, Climate Change, and Environmental Threats”, was held on 29th June, 2023, an excellent initiative by the Chios Local Development Company, whilst on Monday, 12th June 2023, we hosted the event: “Chios, Land & Water”, organized by the Nature-loving Cultural Association, “Peripatin”.
Other cultural events included “The Historical Significance of Folk Songs” hosted on 9th June 2023, organized by the Association of Friends of “Korais Library” and the magazine “SEISTRO” and on 14th June 2023 the anniversary music concert of the Cultural Group of Chios, “Leon Allatios”.
Last but not least, the closing ceremony of the kindergarten “Lillipoupoli” on 28th June 2023 gave a special touch to the evening.
