In March, our students attended an educational workshop on Expression and Rhetoric issues, presented by the Director of the Model Vocational Nautical Lyceum “T.E.E.N.S.”, Mr. Michail Xynos. Important topics related to effective communication and professional presence, amongst others, were discussed.

Additionally, emphasis was placed on self-presentation and CV writing, aiming to help participants learn how to clearly and confidently present their skills, studies and experiences. Focus was given on the issue of stereotypes in the workplace and how they can influence perceptions about employees, the opportunities they receive, and their professional relationships. Through dialogue and exchange of views, the students engaged in reflection on the importance of critical thinking and equal treatment in the professional environment developing essential communication and expression skills.
