On December 12th, the members of the Reading Club of the 1st Experimental Middle School of Chios visited our premises, with the aim of creating audiovisual material for the needs of their Club, enhancing an experiential approach to literature and history.

On December 18th, students from the 6th Primary School of Chios have also paid us a visit. Attendees were briefed on the vision and mission of our Foundation and our overall activities. During their visit, excerpts were read from the book “Towards the Sea” by Mrs Danae Bezentakou, which has been widely circulated to the schools of Chios, as a donation from our Foundation. The day concluded with a particularly warm and touching moment, as the students chanted the Christmas carols, offering wishes for “fair seas” to all our seafarers and offered ornaments for the Foundation’s Christmas tree.
