On March 27th, the students of the Merchant Marine Academy of “T.E.E.N.S.”, the C’ Class students of “T.E.E.N.S.”, and the students of “Maria’s Home” participated in an information session, integrated into the scheduled courses of the Academy’s curriculum, led by Cpt Alexandros Ypsilantis, an active captain of the Tsakos Group and professor at the “T.E.E.N.S.” Academy, along with Master Engineer, Anastasios Kartsimadakis, a professor at the Academy and the Vetting & Inspections Manager of the Tsakos Group. They spoke to the students and explored matters related to the maritime profession, the responsibilities of the cadets, as well as life on board a ship.
