On occasion of the Holy Cross Day celebrations in the maritime village of Kardamyla, the Metropolitan Bishop of Chios, Psara and Oinousses, blessed the inauguration ceremony for the new school year at “Maria’s Home”, welcoming both old and new boarders and wishing them good luck with their studies.

During this ceremony, our Captain Christina Tzouganatos, Tanker Fleet Operator  of the Tsakos Group, was commented and awarded for her responsibility and excellency whilst conducting her assigned duties. 

This year we had the honour to welcome Mr. Panagiotis Pikramenos, Former Vice President of the Greek Government and Former Prime Minister and other distinguished guests at our premises. It gives us additional pride to always host the local community of Kardamyla at these events.
