Our Greek cuisine chef, Mr. Matías Porteiro, went live on Instagram on 15th September, as a guest of “The Glossonauts”. At the preface, Mr. Konstantinos Vlachos, one of the three professors behind the idea of “Glossonauts”, interviewed our director, Mrs. Soraya Ochoviet, about the Foundation and its activities. The cooking recipe explored was of the traditional Greek dish courgette fritters (kolokythokeftedes).
